Our Standard Office Opening Hours

Upon arrival you will be asked to complete a form about the issues you would like help with, an adviser will then contact you within 5 working days of this form being completed.

Alternatively, you can also complete the online referral form or visit us on our drop in days where advisers are present and may be able to support you on the same day face to face.

If, in the instance your query falls out of the scope we can support with, we will signpost you to other organisations that may be able to support.

At our drop in sessions, we have advisers present who may be able to support you with your issue face to face on the same day.

Please note, that due to the number of clients who attend our drop-in sessions, we may not be able to meet any reasonable adjustments you have on the day (ie interpreting services).  If you do have any adjustments or additional support required, please complete our web enquiry form so that we can book you an appointment/call and be able to support your needs.
