|Salary||Experienced adviser: starting at £19,819 dependent upon experience
Trainee: £17,173 – £19,446

Citizens Advice Bury & Bolton is an independent, impartial and not-for-profit charity. As an organisation, we provide free, confidential, independent and impartial advice and information.
Our services are focused on supporting communities who are most vulnerable and those who are locked out of the welfare system, or on the verge of being excluded.
We can help with housing and welfare benefit issues or deal with queries about immigration and/ or community care issues. We can advise on legal matters, answer questions about money advice too. We also have lots of experience on family and personal matters too.
We have a strong, client focused team of paid staff and volunteers.
Citizens Advice Bury & Bolton is a busy, dynamic and client focused service, with a track record of delivering high quality advice. Clients are engaged via a range of advice channels and access points.
The post holder will be able to manage a demanding and varied workload.
The post holder will work as part of a busy team, providing reliable and effective provision of Social Welfare Law advice, focusing on welfare benefits, across Citizens Advice Bury & Bolton.
