Role: Client Services Administrator
Salary: £19,264 – £21,695 (pro-rata if required)
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week), but we will consider applicants who can work at least 24 hours per week over 3 days, minimum
Location: This is an in-office based role working within our Bury & Bolton offices

Citizens Advice Bury & Bolton (CABB) is a leading provider of legal advice and information, supporting thousands of clients every year. We are a busy, client focused and dynamic service with a track record of delivering high quality advice. Across Bury & Bolton, we are the only organisation whose advice is independently verified for legal compliance. Our services are delivered between 8am – 6pm.

 

This is a central role within CABB. The post holder will provide administrative services across CABB and will be able to manage a demanding and varied workload, demonstrate flexibility, efficiency and an overall can-do approach to tasks.

The post holder will work as part of a well-established team and will have a structured approach to completing administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed accurately at all times.

The overarching purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and effective administrative service to support advice delivery systems and processes across CABB:

  • To deliver efficient support services, ensuring processes are effective, well recorded and manageable, enabling advising staff to focus on their own roles and overall service objectives
  • To maintain a key role in supporting purchaser requirements for income streams that come into CABB by accurate data input and overall administrative services
  • To ensure that personal performance supports a high standard of achievement and effectiveness throughout CABB
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues across all areas of CABB, and external stakeholders, to maintain an efficient service overall.
